Agbenoir Resort Opens First Ghanaian Branch in Volta Region’s Aveme
Agbenoir Resort, a leading luxury retreat brand from South Africa, has officially opened its first branch in Ghana at Aveme Danyigba/Resettlement in the Volta Region. The grand opening ceremony, held on December 31, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion into West Africa.
The event was attended by esteemed traditional leaders, including Togbega Gazari V, Paramount Chief of Aveme Traditional Area, and Mamaga Aloglo I, Paramount Queen Mother of Aveme Traditional Area. Other prominent chiefs such as Togbe Afari Akoto IV, Togbe Tamu V, Togbe Kotokudzeha V, Togbe Tsime III, Togbe Kumfu IV, Togbe Kekrebesi Obuakuma IV, Togbe Akortsu Kofi IV, and Togbe Desufoli IV also graced the occasion.
Dr. Dodzi Agbenafa, CEO of Agbenoir Resort Ghana, emphasized the resort’s mission to contribute to the development of his homeland. He highlighted its role as a hub for cultural exchange, traditional integration, and retreats, as well as a center for African spiritual healing and heritage promotion.
The initiative, powered by Agbenoir Retreat South Africa, Heal Afrika Group, Afri Dance Festival, King Africa Radio TV, African Views, and The African Royal Kingdoms, was met with enthusiasm from the Aveme community.
Togbega Gazari V, who chaired the event, commended Dr. Agbenafa for his vision and investment, expressing gratitude for the positive impact the project will have on the Aveme Traditional Area and its people.
