Black Sherif’s exit hit me so hard – Former manager
Former Manager of Black Sherif, Snap Chavis Wayne has shared that the singer’s exit from the label affected him so much.
According to Chavis, he had invested so much in the reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards “Artiste of the year,” and it was heartbreaking to see all his investment go away.
“Black Sherif’s exit from my camp really affected the label because when you put all your investment and trust in someone and they leave, obviously you will be affected.”
Chavis adds that the disappointment from Black Sherif has brought him a change of heart as he now treats the artists he signs now as merely business partners and not family.
“I no longer have that “family” kind of feeling for artists nowadays. My deal with my current artists is strictly business. Not family stuff,” he added.
