Richard Biney (born September 7,1996) is a Ghanaian born singer and rapper.He is known by his Stage name Kweku Cidic. He started active music when he was still a student at Romwill International.

Kweku Cidic was born and raised in Ekumfi Eyisam, a residential town in the Central Region of Ghana.
He was born to Mr.Kwame Nkrumah, the former NDC chairman of Ekumfi district and Mrs.Akosua Manu.

He completed his primary and Junior High education at the Romwill International School. As a product of the secondary school system in Ghana, he enrolled in Apam for his senior high school.

He has over the past few years won the hearts of most Ghanaians including fellow artistes.
