VGMA’s 19 Best Rapper of The Year, Medikal has dropped another promising Jam similar to his previous viral song, “Omo Ada”.
He dubbed this new song “kayayo” a Ghanaian local term usually use for female head porters, which he joined forces with his AMG BUSSINESS label mate Ahtitude to bring forth.
