Nobody Knows where the money Gov’t promises Creative arts goes- Wolfman

Dancehall sensation Wolfman has waded into the debate of  the government is really supporting the creative arts industry. We have been hearing the government making promises of this support day in day out.

3music Awards CEO, Sadiq Abubakar has been on the war front defending the National Democratic Congress(NDC) while Socrate Sarfo has also been defending the New Patriotic Party(NPP). Speaking to Harrygraphic.com, the Volta Music Awards best performer of the year expressed his concern to us. When asked, what is your view on Government involvement in creative arts? Are you seeing their support for the industry?

“I think our government is not doing that much when it comes to it involvement towards the creative art industry especially the musical aspect of that industry . When you look up there (western world) and compare the situations you’ll see that you don’t need to be that much big to start earning from music or whatever aspect you find yourself in the creative art industry . I also think the awareness of how to start earning on our creative arts in the country is very low and slow compare to even our brothers at the other countries like Nigeria and South Africa .

About their support hmmmm I remembered sometime ago some funds where allocated to the ghamro but hmmm nothing really came out from there. But all things been equal I think the government doesn’t include us in their budget lol 😂 it’s sad to say that though but that’s how I see it”, he said.

Wolfman is set to release his new song soon titled ” Restoration” after going their tribulations for the past months.
