Hailing from Obo Kwahu in the eastern region of and currently running his recording studio in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Quabena Ampadu Sika popular known in show business as Sika Pelli is the grand nephew of the great Nana Kwame Ampadu and a relative of Obuaba J.A. Adofo the black Chinese.
Sika is not only known for his singing abilities, he has strength in highlife production too where he plays instrumentals and beats that can be compared to Bodo stiegar of Germany and some few other great Ghanaian producers and one of the few artistes around who can sing and performe highlife music like any of the great live band highlife greats who graced us with authentic and sweet highlife songs.
Sika won a competition by TV3 which was tagged Sing Like Lumba where he met his long music Icon the great Charles Kojo Fosu Daddy Lumba, since then Sika has had privileges performing alongside Daddy on big stages and sometimes perform at programs Lumba can’t Honor.
A very passionate young man who has all it takes yo carry the highlife mantle to the highest level when accepted fully by Ghanaians.
