Prof. Goski Alabi Addresses FGBMFI Golden Executive Chapter Seminar

On Wednesday, 27th August 2025, Prof. Mrs. Goski Alabi, an academic, consultant, author, and accomplished entrepreneur, delivered the keynote address at the FGBMFI Golden Executive Chapter Seminar held at the IBIS Styles Hotel, Airport City.
Speaking on the theme “Balancing Personal Leadership with Corporate Leadership: The Ethical Scale,” Prof. Alabi explored the intersection between personal values and corporate responsibilities, stressing that the two cannot be separated.
She noted that Leadership is not about gender but about values, responsibility, and impact. Addressing a distinguished gathering of men of influence, she underscored the privilege of contributing as a woman leader and highlighted that true Leadership is service, accountability, and influence rooted in integrity.
In her presentation, Prof. Alabi emphasized that leaders who uphold integrity and discipline in their personal lives are better positioned to foster accountability and ethical governance in professional life. She cautioned that lapses in personal leadership inevitably weaken corporate leadership, and called for a renewed commitment to ethical decision-making and balance as the foundation for transformational leadership.
