Ghanaian fashion designer and Wiyaala’s designer Ellisha Boie featured in an
interview on Voice Of America (VOA).
The fashion brand Boie&Bill which has been in the industry for 5 years now has made a huge mark in the industry. Featuring oldest fashion model at 90 years as an attempt getting into the Guinness book of world record.
The official clothing and merchandise designer for Afro pop artist Wiyaala, has chalked nominations for the All Africa Awards, Africa Youth Choice Awards In Nigeria, winning Brand Of The Year at the Tertiary Fashion Awards and many more.
On 2nd September 20, he had an international interview on Voice Of America (Africa 54) segment. Where he vividly spoke about the impact of his brand in the fashion scene in Ghana, his fashion show, tours, musicians, personalities and other new project.
He however detailed on his new project “Our new clothing as an effort to campaign for a green planet and clean environment is made up of jackets picked up from the dump in the markets, broken mirrors/glasses, plastic bag waste, wax print scraps or pieces, all combined to form amazing pieces of cloths for parties, stage performances and special events and many more” he said.
Again, their campaign is geared towards empowering and encouraging the masses to practice a green and sustainable fashion.
