Osu Mantse, HRM Notse Professor Nii Nortey Owuo IV has gave a privileged title to active French Ambassador, H.E. Anne Sophie Avé as the Development Queen, Naa Norley Owaa Oman I of Osu.
To illuminate them regarding her flight today, August 11, 2022, the withdrawing representative paid a graciousness visit to the Osu Mantse, HRM Notse Professor Nii Nortey Owuo IV and Chiefs of the Osu Traditional Council.
