Kofi Kinaata Congratulates His Colleague Fante Musicians On VGMA Recognition
It was a surprise when VGMA Ignored Martin Kofi King Arthur popularly known as Kofi Kinaata by not nominating him in this year’s awards. The “confession” hitmaker has taken a matured step by congratulating all Fante artistes on their VGMA nominations.
The Whole Show was predicted by Fans and critics to be at least nominated in the Songwriter of the year category but was missing when the nomination list was released last Friday.
His absence in the nomination list did not prevent him from showing his happiness towards the other Fante artistes for getting the nomination in VGMA 2019.
He posted on his facebook timeline:
“Congrats to Koda, Teephlow, Dhope Nation, Quamina Mp, and then my brothers and sisters from Western and Central Regions..wishing you all the best in your 2019 #VGMA # nomination. #Proud Fantes#”
Could his congratulations mean a step back for other artists from the Fante land to equally shine for the time being???
