Nominating Enjoyment Minister by D-Black and Ignoring Jonathan by Ak Songstress is Bogus – Mixtic Fires 3 Music
The 3 Music Award is Ghanaian music awards ceremony held annually since 2018 to celebrate authentic Ghanaian music and personalities established by the 3music Network.
Ever since its launch, it has been one of the most successful schemes recognized and accepted by the music fraternity for it uniqueness and value placed on the scheme within the shortest possible time.
This year’s nominees announcement that was held on Friday 11th February 2022 has raised a lot of controversies and has been the talk of the moment.
Popular Entertainment Critique Mixtic RomRas has fired back at the scheme for ignoring Ak Strongstress’s monster hit “Jonathan” and nominating D-black Enjoyment Minister for the Afrobeat/Afropop song of the year.
He argued that Jonathan has done so much in the shortest possible time after it release and should make it ahead of D-Black’s Enjoyment minister.

Macassio on the other hand has also raised concerns why the northern part of Ghana is sidelined in their scheme, because he (Macassio) is better than 70% of the artiste that got nominated and his recent King’s concert held at Bukom Boxing Arena speaks a lot of his dominance in the game.
There had also been couple of issues raised on Jupitar not getting into the category of Dancehall Artist of the year after releasing a very beautiful piece (Album) but a song from the album made it to the dancehall song of the year category.
People are much more concerned about the criteria used in nominating deserving artiste in each category and as to whether Science and Data is the only mechanism used for selecting the best of the best.
