Ghanaian comedy is making waves across the globe, and this time, it’s Singapore feeling the heat!
From November 4th to 8th, 2025, the vibrant Choplife Boys Papayaw Ataamle, Ebenezer Dwomoh, and Okokobioko lit up some of Singapore’s biggest comedy stages with pure Ghanaian humor and world-class energy.
The tour kicked off at The Lemon Stand Comedy Club on November 4th, delivering an unforgettable night of laughter and interaction. The fun continued at the same venue on November 6th, moved to the East Coast Comedy Club on November 7th, and wrapped up in grand style at Jinx Comedy Club on November 8th.
Each performance showcased the unique wit, storytelling, and cultural flair that Ghanaian comedians are known for blending everyday African realities with universal humor that kept audiences from all backgrounds laughing nonstop.
What makes this milestone even more remarkable is that the Choplife Boys personally funded their international trip, with support from the Ghana Comedy Awards, as part of their mission to project Ghanaian comedy onto the global stage. Their success in Singapore stands as a testament to the dedication and passion driving Ghana’s fast-rising comedy industry.
But this is only the beginning! The Choplife Comedy World Tour is far from over new tour dates and cities will be announced soon, as the comedians continue their mission to connect Ghanaian laughter with audiences around the world.
The Choplife Boys are also extending an open invitation to corporate brands, investors, and stakeholders to come on board and partner with them in pushing Ghanaian comedy to even greater international heights.
