His Excellency Nana Addo in a twitter post urges registered voters to vote for Lydia Seyram Alhassan an aspiring parliamentary Candidate to replace her late husband Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko.
Maa Lydia was among the six aspirants who were giving the go ahead to run primary and the governing NPP elected her.
However, it is believed that Edward Kuffuor a son of The Former President John Agyekum Kuffuor dropped out of the race as a respect for the late MP.
Spotted on twitter was a post by the Prez saying ” Earlier this evening, I joined the @NPP Gh rally in support of its candidate, Lydia Seyram Alhassan, ahead of the Ayawaso Wuogon by- election on Thursday, 31st January 2019.I encourage all registered voters to come out in their numbers and vote for Maa Lydia”.
