There should be a deliberate agenda for the creative art industry- Kwesi Ernest Opined

 

Managing Director of Media Excel, Kwesi Ernest has called on stakeholders to put up a deliberate agenda to promote and preserve the creative art industry.

In an exclusive interview with Bishop Agbey on Mothers Ayekoo drive 102.7 express his concerns over the neglect of art and entertainment in this country citing that Ghana cannot do without creative art.

Emphasizing on the matter cited an instance where Ex President George Bush has in his entourage someone whose duty is to sing the National Anthem of America when he visited Ghana in 2008 thus a deliberate attempt to project the American art and entertainment industry beyond the shores of America.

The media mogul stressed that the quickest way to sell a country is through creative art and its very important to protect creative and put in policies that will grow the industry and compete with other market.

Kwasi Enerst also called on government and stakeholders to celebrate the likes of Agya Koo, Lil Win, Nana Ama Macbrown and others for holding the film industry down when Nigerians were dominating our scenes.

He has been very vocal about the improvement of entertainment industry and is always highlighting some possibilities that can cause positive change and improve the industry.
