Senegalese player Sadio Mane has disclosed that Ronaldo agreed to his decision to joining Bayern Munich in a transfer fee of $43m.
Sadio Mane who played Liverpool Fc for 6 years said his exit from the club was very unfortunate, and was as a result of unfair treated despite his contributions to the club’s success.
According to the striker, Christiano Ronaldo congratulated him on his move to Bayern Munich and citing it to be a great move.
Sadio Mane said, “I met Cristiano Ronaldo in Mallorca before this season after my transfer was completed, he congratulated me and said: ‘Great team! This is a great move for you! ”
Mane won has won six major trophies in his career which are the Premier League, Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and UEFA Super Cup while he also inspired his country to their maiden Africa Cup of Nations triumph earlier in 2022.
